What we collect
- Donations: your name, email address, chosen amount, optional message and optional image. Emails are used only for receipts/communication and are never shown publicly.
- Anonymity: anonymous gifts are stored with the “anonymous” flag; name and image are never rendered publicly.
- Fraud prevention: a keyed, irreversible hash of your IP address (we never store raw IPs) plus browser user-agent.
- Contact form: name, email and message content.
Payments
All card and payment-method data is handled exclusively by Dodo Payments (Merchant of Record) on their certified infrastructure. This site never receives or stores card numbers. See Dodo’s own privacy notice for how they process payment data on our behalf.
Cookies
We use an essential session cookie for CSRF protection and admin login. When analytics is enabled, Google Analytics 4 measures page usage and important checkout actions and may use analytics cookies. Our custom analytics events do not include your name, email, message, IP address, uploaded-image location, payment credentials or secret configuration values.
Your rights
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.
- Ask us to remove your entry from the public wall at any time — we action removals within 24 hours.
- Withdraw consent for us to display submitted content.
Retention & security
Donation records are retained for accounting compliance, then minimised. Uploaded images are stored with random names in a directory where script execution is disabled. Access to administrative tooling is restricted and logged.
