1. Acceptance
By using Believerway (“the Site”) or making a donation through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Donations
- All amounts are voluntary contributions and are not payments for goods or services.
- Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record; they collect applicable taxes and issue receipts.
- Minimum and maximum amounts per donation are enforced automatically and displayed on the form.
3. Public content
- You grant us a non-exclusive licence to display the name, message and image you submit on the donor wall, unless you choose anonymous donation.
- We may remove any content that is unlawful, hateful, spammy or violates the rights of others, without notice.
- Do not upload images you have no right to share, or that depict private individuals without consent.
4. Refunds & cancellations
Donations are generally non-refundable. Requests made within 14 days due to error or fraud will be reviewed in good faith; approved refunds are issued via the original payment method. Cancelling an unfinished checkout never incurs a charge.
5. Prohibited use
No scraping, automated submissions, attempts to bypass rate limits, interference with payment flows, or misrepresentation of affiliation with the Site.
6. Liability
The Site is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site.
